What to prepare
Documents for your application
To help us place your child in the right year group, we ask for a few documents. Our team will let you know if anything else is needed.
- Completed enquiry and application form
- Copy of your child's passport or identity document
- Recent school reports (last two years, where available)
- A passport-size photograph
- Any relevant learning-support information
